Model UN Past Conference
Earlier last week a Model UN conference was held at Memorial hosted by the Model UN Club leaders. This 2-day event resulted in lots of fun and allowed for great experiences to be made in the realm of political debate. With that in mind, congratulations to Jude and Kalysta for winning the best delegate awards in their respective councils. For anyone lamenting not being able to attend, do not worry! The team at Memorial mentioned that they would be hosting a second conference event later this spring that YOU can attend so be on the lookout! If you’re interested in sharpening those political debate skills and having lots of fun pretending to be leaders of countries as we (sometimes) make very unethical decisions, you can join in room 308 on Wednesdays after school at Model UN Club HHM.
